As a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary function testing.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop effective treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- Current State Nursing License.
- Appropriate Certifications as required for specific position.
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
