Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients' requirements concerning economic stability, educational opportunities, and housing solutions
  • Develop and execute tailored service plans for each client
  • Facilitate referrals to both internal programs and external services
  • Support clients in navigating housing program applications
  • Enhance our network of community resources
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all cases
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable discipline
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
  • Experience with database management systems; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Background in working with domestic violence survivors or similar populations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
