Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Solutions by Sanford. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
