Med Surg Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg Nurse to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job SummaryThis role provides direct clinical patient care to patients on the Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
About the RoleIn this role, you will:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- 1-2 years of experience in a Med Surg setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
