Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service for 3 to 5 tables, as assigned by management.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings and beverage preparation.
  • Utilize a point-of-sale system to accurately process orders.
  • Engage with guests using clear and positive communication, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Proactively assist guests before they need to request help.
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members to maintain a positive work environment and efficient service.
  • Process various payment methods and provide accurate change.
  • Address any issues related to guest alcohol consumption responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and complete assigned side-work.
  • Reset tables promptly after guests depart.
  • Adhere to a professional appearance, including a clean uniform and personal grooming.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification in Alcohol Service is advantageous.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic information.
  • Familiarity with computer systems.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and standard drink recipes.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Schedule:

This position is hourly and requires flexibility in scheduling. Work hours may vary based on operational needs, with shifts available throughout the week.
