Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and support the Store Management Team by sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
  • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to Company Standards.
  • Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the store, including climbing ladders and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Provide excellent Guest Services, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours.

Working for Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween:

As a Sales Associate, you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, but your employer will be the independent owner and operator of the consignment store. Your employer will be responsible for your employment, including wages and benefits.
