Nurse Practitioner – Inpatient Surgical OR – Piedmont Atlanta Hospital

**About the Role**

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our surgical service line team at Piedmont Atlanta campus. This is a 7 AM – 4 PM, 7 on/7 off, 365 days per year position with varying call responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform first OR assist duties
* Round on patients in the hospital
* Assist in management of post-operative and critically ill patients in the hospital
* Evaluate post-operative patients in the office setting
* Apply specialized skills and knowledge related to the care of patients in the CVOR, ICU, CCU and CVICU areas
* Contribute to excellence in patient care, research, teaching, consulting and provide leadership to the organization
