Host/Hostess Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team at Chuy's - Cary in Cary, NC. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their dining experience and ensure they feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Seating: Greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner, and escort them to their table.
  • Phone and Reservation Management: Answer phones within two rings, take reservations, and prioritize them to accommodate guests.
  • Wait List Management: Manage the wait list and ensure guests are acknowledged when leaving the establishment.
  • Team Support: Help fellow team members when needed and uphold the company's processes and procedures.
  • Front Area Maintenance: Organize, stock, and clean the front area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
