Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' nutritional status and develop effective nutrition care plans
- Provide comprehensive nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to inform your practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
