A Typical Day at Carolina Family Estate Planning
As an attorney within our firm, you will play a vital role in making estate planning approachable for our clients. You will leverage your expertise to clarify how clients' planning will function, assisting families in confidently navigating their planning decisions. Your duties will encompass delivering educational presentations, conducting one-on-one consultations to provide guidance and review choices, and collaborating with paralegals and legal assistants to draft legal documents and manage filings. Regular team meetings foster our continuous improvement and ensure we deliver exceptional, proficient service.
Work Schedule & Ideal Candidate Profile
Position Type: Full-Time
Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshops.
The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney in North Carolina with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. You excel at simplifying intricate legal concepts for families, are highly organized, and detail-oriented. You thrive on challenges and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
