Skilled Tradesperson

This Skilled Laborer position is an exciting opportunity to work with our team at West Virginia Property Management.

As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the worksite, including general and skilled construction trades and tasks. You will also assist with plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, impact drivers, and more
2. Collaborate with other team members to complete electrical and plumbing jobs
3. Maintain a safe working environment by following company policies and regulations
4. Install flooring options as needed
5. Conduct regular worksite and equipment inspections
6. Meet deadlines and deliver results in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Apprenticeships or relevant experience a plus
• Valid driver's license necessary
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices essential
• Proven experience with hand and power tools
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Benefits: This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $50,000 - $70,000 based on industry standards and location.
