Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team at Handyman Connection of Matthews. As a locally owned and operated company, we pride ourselves on working closely with our valued customers in the Charlotte area.


This role offers the opportunity to work year-round with a high percentage of repeat and referral customers. We are well-established in Charlotte and surrounding areas, providing beautiful repairs and remodels that change homeowners' lives.


Estimated Salary: $40-$60 per hour


About the Job
  • Share your expertise in home repair, maintenance, and remodeling on job sites.
  • Bid on work regularly and efficiently manage projects.
  • Evaluate requests, price out jobs, troubleshoot, and communicate effectively with clients.

The ideal candidate will have basic handiwork skills in multiple capacities, including home remodels, painting, general carpentry, drywall work, plumbing, electrical, floor installations, and residential maintenance.


We require a driver's license, insurance, tools, vehicle, references, and a clean background check.


Please note that we are looking for experienced Remodelers or similar professionals, not project managers or primarily new construction experts.
