About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Spanish Teacher/Instructor/Professor to join our team at Bay Language Academy. As a member of our staff, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. You will also be expected to assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the development of our language program.

To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Education or a related field, as well as prior experience teaching in a traditional or non-traditional setting. Strong skills in classroom management are essential.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This salary estimate is based on the average salary for a part-time instructor in the Bay Area.
