About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cardiologist Electrophysiologist to join our team at Franciscan Health in Lafayette, IN. As a member of our Cardiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other electrophysiology-related conditions
  • Perform procedures such as pacemaker implants, lead extractions, and ablations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board certification in Cardiology or related specialty
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
