Piedmont Heart Institute is seeking a PRN Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology patients.

  • The APP will independently provide specialized care for patients pre and post-electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, CIED implantation, and recognition/management of diverse cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Responsibilities include high-quality patient assessment and management, participating in daily inpatient rounds, managing direct patient care on inpatient service and outpatient clinics, ordering diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and demonstrating teamwork and respect towards all members of the PHI team.

Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program, board certified, holds current license from the Georgia State Composite Board, and BLS/ACLS certified. Ideal candidates have at least 1-2 years of experience managing Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology patients. Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
