Job Title: CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Cynet Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing diagnostic imaging procedures.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of related experience and be licensed as a Radiology Technologist in the state of employment. ARRT(CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T), or CNMT registry is required, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care within the medical imaging department.
  • Perform high-quality imaging and exams while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
  • Follow standards and regulations for safe radiation practices, keeping radiation exposure as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA).
  • Demonstrate leadership and serve as a clinical resource for unit personnel, ensuring current practice standards.
  • Prepare patients for exams, providing information and support to them and their families.
  • Assist and position patients during exams and monitor equipment throughout.
  • Facilitate smooth patient flow, effective scheduling, and optimal use of resources.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, imaging personnel, students, and hospital staff.
  • Assist with patient transport as required.
  • Input charges and required data for procedures and utilized supplies accurately.
  • Maintain equipment functionality, report and log any problems per department protocols.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment for everyone.
  • Participate in clinical training and professional development activities.
  • Engage in departmental quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant state, federal, and accreditation standards.
  • Contribute to American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation as requested.
  • Manage time effectively and adapt to changing technologies, policies, and staff levels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Licensed Radiology Technologist in the state of employment.
  • ARRT(CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T), or CNMT registry required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
  • English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Adaptability to floating requirements within a 60-mile radius from the original assignment location.
  • Ability to perform IV starts and contrast administration.
