Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or culinary degree preferred.
