Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

DANIEL DEFENSE LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from standard procedures
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct training and coaching on quality procedures and standards
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing)
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in quality control or a related field
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, chemicals, and other hazards. The successful candidate must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
