We are seeking an experienced Retail Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Balise Auto. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and maintain your own calendar for customer appointments and/or follow-ups
  • Attend and actively participate in daily sales/training meetings to assist in reaching individual and department goals
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of our inventory on the display lots and showrooms
  • Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Requirements

To succeed as a Retail Automotive Sales Representative at Balise Auto, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • A valid driver's license and insurability rating
