Job Title: Wound Care Center Registered Nurse

At Oswego Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care Center team. As a Wound Care Center Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our wound care program.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct wound assessments and develop treatment plans to promote optimal wound healing.
  • Provide education to patients and families on wound care and management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
  • Wound care certification preferred.
  • Experience in medical-surgical, home health, or wound care settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
