Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hands-on Technical Training sessions
  • Facilitate on-the-job training and just-in-time training
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within training facilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise in resolving training challenges for designated sites
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Knowledge Skill Assessment
  • Collaborate with management to address and resolve training-related concerns for assigned locations

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Aircraft Systems and Operations
  • Supervise the activities of team members in coordination with supervisors and team learning objectives

Qualifications
  • A&P license required
  • Typically, a minimum of 10 years of Bombardier maintenance experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise
