About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Mobile Crisis Worker. As a key member of our crisis response team, you will play a vital role in providing on-site risk assessments and support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in Dunn County, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to designated secure locations within Dunn County to assess individuals in crisis
  • Complete mental health and suicide risk assessments and assist in developing least restrictive plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate interventions and ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals in crisis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a human services-related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience in the mental health field
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
