Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Prepare meals from scratch according to assigned recipes and quality standards.
• Adhere to recipes, manage portion sizes, and ensure appealing plate presentation.
• Effectively manage cooking times while preparing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health regulations and policies.
• Utilize checklists and company procedures to keep the kitchen stocked and well-maintained.

Skills Required for Success

• Flexibility and adaptability to various schedules, tasks, and evolving departmental needs.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to actively listen and anticipate guests' needs.
• Capability to follow detailed instructions while collaborating with a team to achieve shared goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a line cook in an upscale casual dining environment or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
