Construction Management Field Internship Opportunity

Key Responsibilities- Support project teams in planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, gaining exposure to various stages of project development.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring work follows plans and specifications, and document findings to project managers.
- Assist in analyzing construction plans, specifications, and engineering drawings, and participate in value engineering discussions to optimize project outcomes.
- Learn and practice safety protocols and guidelines on construction sites, promoting and maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project schedules and progress reports.
- Work closely with experienced engineers to identify and address construction challenges, developing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong work ethic and understanding of long hours and days with the possibility of working weekends.
- Desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and principles (preferred but not required).
- Gain hands-on experience in construction engineering and project management.
