Your role is essential. Every position contributes to the well-being of our patients, and as an Environmental Services Associate PRN, you will play a key role in enhancing their experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Environmental Services Associate, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our patients through your dedicated service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, offices, stairways, elevators, and other designated areas.
- Ensuring optimal sanitation and a hygienic environment throughout the facility.
- Utilizing effective cleaning techniques and equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Adhering to all safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Following a structured cleaning schedule tailored to the needs of each area.
- Completing special projects as directed by the department leadership.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring quality expectations are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies and tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
