Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Medical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building relationships with physicians, performing extensive outreach, and utilizing various CRM platforms to identify and track new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians through phone, email marketing, and targeted social media outreach.
  • Conduct extensive outreach and cold calls to develop relationships with doctors.
  • Act as a liaison between physicians and our partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize CRM platforms, MS Office tools, and internet resources to identify, track, and monitor new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with support teams to facilitate the recruitment process, including licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and provide a "white glove" candidate experience.
Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of sales or staffing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (highly preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driven and motivated individual with the ability to multi-task, organize time effectively, and prioritize work.

Compensation

$50,000 + uncapped commission potential ranging from $100,000 to $800,000.
