Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, Monday through Friday (no weekend clinics), supported by a multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, advanced practice nurses, and clinical pharmacists.
- Document patient interactions using EPIC EMR, an integrated medical information system.
- Provide care to patients both in-clinic and through virtual consultations (hybrid schedule).
- No inpatient rounding required.
- Allocate 20% of daily work hours to electronic patient care management.
- Possess an MD or DO degree.
- Be board certified or eligible in Psychiatry.
- Hold or be eligible for licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
- Preference will be given to candidates with completed fellowship training and board certification in Addiction Psychiatry.
- Work visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.
