NetSuite Administrator Job Description

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and analyzing various activities and initiatives related to business systems for Asbury and affiliated entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support financial systems (ERP, budgeting/forecasting, business analytics) with a focus on NetSuite.
  • Develop and enhance business analytics using Qlik, building KPIs with internal clients.
  • Support and improve budgeting and forecasting models; manage system integrations (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Microsoft Office365).
  • Implement and support document and expense management systems.
  • Educate users on system features and functionality.
  • Oversee system updates, new implementations, and process automation.
  • Promote data governance and integrate data from various departments into analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial systems, with 3+ years working with Net Suite.
  • Experience in business analytics solutions (Qlik, Power BI, etc.) and Adaptive Insights.
