Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Recovery Coach to join our interdisciplinary team at Cummins Behavioral Health Systems. As a key member of our school-based team, you will play a vital role in supporting students and families struggling with addiction.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for providing person-centered service planning and culturally competent service delivery to students and their families. You will use your unique life experiences and skills to guide individuals through challenges and opportunities, empowering them to achieve their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage in assessments and develop personalized service plans that cater to the diverse needs of students and families.
  • Utilize your lived experience and personal qualities to foster positive relationships and promote recovery.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and services.
Requirements
  • You should have personal experience with addiction or substance use within your family.
  • Prior experience working with youths is desirable.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for travel between locations.
