  • Utilize the company's accounting software to generate reports, address job cost discrepancies, and conduct various project-related research.
  • Assist Project Manager in following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
  • Support Project Manager with tasks such as documenting meeting minutes, managing submittals, and preparing job closure documentation.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with management, staff, and external partners.
  • Provide support to the Director of Administration with tasks such as front desk coverage during absences and mentoring team members for overall development.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a Project Assistant in the construction management sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with construction-related accounting software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information in oral, written, and visual formats.
  • Strong communication skills with management, staff, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant coursework in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
