Our mission is to represent, respect, and enrich the experiences of all aging adults, including those from different cultural backgrounds and members of the LGBT community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing transportation for clients to run errands or attend appointments
- Supporting clients with mobility, walking, or exercise routines
- Preparing nutritious meals, accommodating special dietary needs, and assisting with feeding
- Performing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and dishwashing
- Offering medication reminders
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Work Schedule Flexibility:
We offer a variety of work schedules including Part-Time, Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts, Short Shifts, Weekends, or Live-In positions. Services are available throughout the week.
Note: Flexibility in hours can enhance your opportunities for securing work.
Compensation Details:
Salary Range: $19-21 per hour
This range serves as an estimate and may vary based on individual experience, client needs, educational background, and other relevant factors.
It does not include potential equity, benefits, or additional non-monetary perks that may be offered.
Service Coverage Areas:
Our services are provided across various locations in the South San Francisco area.
IOA reserves the right to adjust work hours or responsibilities as necessary.
