Work with Us

We are currently seeking skilled LPN nurses to join our team in various roles. As an LPN nurse at 10 Wilmington Place, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practices, established standards, and administrative policies.

Responsibilities
  • Administer personal hygienic, preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment in accordance with residents' needs and facility philosophy.
  • Provide for the comfort, emotional care, and support of residents.
  • Assist with the nursing process of the unit and provide input regarding needed or desired changes.
  • Maintain documentation which accurately and completely records data pertaining to individual resident care, condition, and treatment.
  • Initiate and supervise necessary action on the event of an emergency or disaster.
  • Protect residents, their privacy, and property.
  • Provide staff coverage for the following shift in the event of absenteeism.
