We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services to our clients in the Parrish, FL area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, utilizing the nursing process to ensure effective care delivery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs, identifying areas for healthcare teaching, education, and goal setting.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
