About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families to ensure their well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with children and families to develop and implement individualized plans to promote healthy relationships and communication.
  • Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, support, and resources to help them care for children in their homes.
  • Connect families with community resources to improve their lives and provide advocacy for children and their families.
  • Teach skills such as emotion regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication to promote healthy family dynamics.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and two or more years of experience in the human service field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable. We will provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.
