Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize patient care to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical expertise to provide individualized patient care
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to promote quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and cost reduction
  • Foster a culture of learning and professional development among patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Advocate for patients' autonomy, dignity, and health, promoting holistic and culturally sensitive care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • Current RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
  • Certification in specialty area preferred
  • One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred
