Rehabilitation Specialist

Clinical Management Consultants is a leading healthcare organization in Central California, seeking highly skilled Physical Therapists to join their esteemed Medical Center team.

As a key member of the hospital's rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover, rehabilitate, and regain function after injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, range of motion, balance, and overall functional abilities.

You will gather comprehensive information about each patient's medical history and current condition to develop personalized treatment plans. Working closely with other care providers and family members, you will facilitate effective treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs.
