Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in overseeing security protocols and procedures for classified and proprietary materials, documents, and equipment within designated areas. The Security Program Manager will be responsible for formulating strategic plans and timelines to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage security programs in compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Provide expert guidance to personnel, supervisors, and contractors on security compliance matters.
  • Develop and implement security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans.
  • Coordinate with government agencies to ensure adherence to National Policy.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage access control systems.
  • Prepare and submit personnel security clearance requests and manage classified documentation.
  • Facilitate training and debriefing sessions for personnel regarding security protocols.

Qualifications:
Applicants typically require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of ten years of professional experience in classified security within corporate or governmental settings. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and relevant federal regulations.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret DoD Security Clearance.
