About the Role:
The Program Director at Spirit 88.9 & 100.1 will be responsible for leading and collaborating with other departments to develop and implement strategies for on-air content, events, promotions, contesting, and digital presence.

This includes overseeing the production of high-quality on-air content, managing a team of staff, and ensuring that all content communicated through radio, public appearances, and interviews aligns with the values and mission of Spirit.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in interpreting ratings data and making business decisions based on analysis.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and collaborate with other departments on all aspects of the radio
* Produce high-quality on-air content
* Oversee on-air traffic scheduling of content
* Manage a team of staff
* Ensure alignment of all content with the values and mission of Spirit

Requirements:
* 3+ years of programming management experience in Contemporary Christian Music
* Proficiency in interpreting ratings data
* Tangible success with a content-driven, local morning show
