Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
- Investigate and report on safety incidents, near misses, and environmental concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay informed on emerging trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial safety, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive EHS programs and related training tailored to a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, or related certification preferred.
