Landscape Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team at Local Boyz LLC. As a key member of our groundskeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining our outdoor spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Oversee the maintenance of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
• Supervise and train a team of groundskeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Manage the use of equipment and tools.
• Perform administrative tasks, including inventory checks and equipment inspections.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certificate or degree in horticulture or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
