We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel, Labor and Employment to join our team at ACV, INC. This role will provide legal guidance on a broad range of employment matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive workplace environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as experience in both a law firm and in-house setting. They will be able to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with teammates across the organization and provide expert legal advice on a wide range of global employment-related matters.
Responsibilities will include providing legal counsel on labor and employment issues, supporting business strategic initiatives and projects, and developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's industry, business interests, and global and U.S. operations.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with People & Culture and management to develop policies, manage disputes, and ensure compliance with legal standards. They will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for People & Culture and management on labor law compliance and best practices.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 annually, as well as comprehensive benefits and a generous paid time off policy.
