About the Opportunity

This is a casual, part-time, or full-time opportunity with flexibility required. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive professional nursing care to our clients in their homes or facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing care plans and completing records accurately
  • Carrying out assignments as requested and engaging in open communication with the Care Designer
  • Responding to scheduling inquiries and updates within agreed timelines
  • Delivering comprehensive professional nursing care consistent with the care plan and client needs

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current Certificate of Competence and good standing with the provincial College of Nurses
  • Graduation from a recognized program and one year of recent related experience
  • Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years)
  • Negative TB test or chest x-ray (updated every 5 years)
