Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to undertake a range of general cleaning responsibilities aimed at maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residential units, nursing facilities, communal areas, offices, and other designated spaces within our community, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute cleaning tasks in residential apartments, public spaces, and offices as required, including thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchenettes, and other specialized cleaning assignments.
  • Utilize floor care equipment such as buffers and shampooers for effective maintenance.
  • Inspect and clean windows, furniture, and laundry as part of routine upkeep.
  • Deliver laundry, packages, and various items to residents and departments as needed.
  • Set up furniture, drapes, and equipment for special events and social gatherings.
  • Assist in lifting and moving furniture to meet the needs of residents and the facility, collaborating with co-workers for larger items.
  • Identify and report any concerns regarding residents' physical, mental, or emotional well-being to the supervisor.
  • Vacuum furniture, floors, and drapes in residential apartments, public areas, and offices.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • Ability to demonstrate tact and courtesy when interacting with residents, especially in challenging situations, showcasing patience and understanding.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment, capable of managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
