**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled Dishwasher to work at both the Regional Kitchen and assigned Venue Kitchens during events. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting used kitchenware, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and hand washing items as necessary. You will also be responsible for storing cleaned kitchenware, ensuring there are enough cleaned dishes at all times, removing garbage regularly, and sanitizing the kitchen area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work as a Dishwasher during events
* Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
* Hand wash items as necessary
* Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
* Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times
* Remove garbage regularly
* Sanitize the kitchen area
* Ensure compliance with HACCP within the kitchen areas
* Exhibit a teamwork atmosphere
* Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends

**Requirements:**

* Previous Dishwasher or Kitchen experience is a plus
* Food Handlers Certificate
* Ability to work nights and weekends
* Ability to speak, read, and write English
* Lift 10-25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
