Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials and Stores Supervisor I (Correctional Facility) to join our team at the State of California. This is a permanent, full-time position located at Avenal State Prison in Kings County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the correctional facility's stores and materials department.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
