Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential care and support to our patients in an in-patient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to patient needs in accordance with established treatment plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including transfers as needed, to maintain adequate activity levels for all patients.
  • Transport patients to and from appointments as required, providing medication assistance when necessary.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided, communicating urgent matters with appropriate staff members immediately.
  • Facilitate patient visits as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Must pass provided Basic Rehabilitation Technician Training.
  • Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.
