Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Slitter/ Rewinder Operator to join our team in West Chester, OH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpreting Order Specifications: Accurately interpret order specifications and run orders on Rotoflex and/or Arpeco machines to meet production requirements.
  • Machine Operation and Maintenance: Perform job set-ups on presses, make necessary adjustments to maintain dimensional tolerances, and perform minor repairs of equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect pressure-sensitive labels to ensure a proficient and high-quality production run.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Record and report all finished production, complete and process related documentation via PC.
  • Team Support: Assist and support in other job functions within the process or other company processes within scope and ability.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is required.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Independence and Communication: Ability to work independently and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Read blueprints and schematics.
Compensation

$16-17 per hour
