Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Htel Swexan, a premier hospitality establishment in Dallas. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience through your expertise in mixology and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Assist in monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring all Front-of-House (FOH) standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare drinks according to proper mix ratios and deliver them to guests in a pleasant manner.
  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar is well-maintained, with all equipment, materials, and utensils in perfect working condition.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain current knowledge of bar inventory and mixed drink recipes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the restaurant manager, servers, and host/hostess to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: TABC and Texas Food Handler Certification required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar setting required.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
