Overview

Team Select Home Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes across Orange County and Los Angeles County.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) to patients under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
  • Perform household chores, meals, and other assigned tasks.
  • Assist with simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
  • Assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered.
  • Maintain excellent infection control practices.
  • Complete visit records in a timely manner.
  • Report changes in the patient's condition to the RN.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
  • Maintains a current CPR certification.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred).
  • Pediatric experience (preferred).
