Wave Aquatics is seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Swim Instructor. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim lessons to members of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:

• American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification
• Passion for working with children and promoting water safety
• Ability to commit to a consistent work schedule, including weekday evenings and weekend mornings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
